By accessing or using the gamebridge.gg platform, including any in-game services, websites, or dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
gamebridge.gg provides a creator attribution system that enables content creators to earn credit for purchases made through referral codes used in video games. Our services include attribution tracking, dashboard analytics, and payout systems.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you must be at least 16 years old, unless the laws of your country allow parental consent for users aged 13 to 15.
Creators who participate in the attribution program may access a dashboard showing sales statistics, estimated earnings, and payout history. gamebridge.gg reserves the right to review, approve, or revoke creator status at our sole discretion.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
All content, software, and trademarks on gamebridge.gg are the property of gamebridge.gg or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express permission.
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy and Data Usage Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that we may collect and use your Steam User ID (classified as personal data under GDPR) and related metadata as described in that policy.
Creator earnings are based on attributed purchases tracked through the platform. gamebridge.gg reserves the right to verify transaction legitimacy before issuing payouts. All earnings and payments are subject to tax reporting and compliance requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. gamebridge.gg does not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or compatibility with third-party systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, gamebridge.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This limitation does not exclude liability where prohibited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or breach of statutory rights under consumer protection or data privacy law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If material changes are made, we will notify users via email or platform notices.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gamebridge.gg operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also be entitled to mandatory protections under EU law.

Welcome to gamebridge.gg, a platform that enables content creators to earn attribution for game purchases made through their referral codes. This Privacy and Data Usage Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal data in connection with our services.
Your privacy is important to us. We only collect and retain the minimal data necessary to operate our platform securely and effectively. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We also process limited personal data from our business partners (such as game developers and content creators) under separate contractual arrangements. The collection and handling of that data is governed by the relevant contracts.
If you apply to join gamebridge.gg as a creator or developer, we also collect the information you submit (such as name, email, studio name, and social media handles) for the purposes of evaluating your application and, if approved, creating your account. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in onboarding applicants and, once accepted, performance of a contract.
We do not collect names, email addresses, Steam usernames, or IP addresses for analytics or profiling outside of the application and onboarding processes described above. Our system design deliberately limits data to what is necessary for attribution and payouts (data minimization principle). Log files are anonymized and rotated regularly so that identifiers cannot be cross-linked beyond their operational window.
We may also temporarily process IP addresses and related technical data in server and security logs for the purposes of rate limiting, fraud prevention, and system security. Such data is stored only for short retention periods and is not used for analytics, profiling, or marketing.
Legal bases for processing include performance of a contract, legitimate interest (accurate attribution, fraud prevention, security), consent where required, and legal obligation (tax/accounting compliance).
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
EU/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority if they believe that our processing of their personal data violates applicable law.
If your personal data is transferred outside of your country (for example, to servers or payment processors located in the United States), we will ensure that the transfer complies with applicable data protection laws.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, this means that transfers are made under recognized legal mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission or UK authorities, or the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved for international transfers.
We only transfer personal data to third parties where such transfers are necessary for the operation of our services (for example, hosting, payments, or support).
Our platform uses certain third-party services to deliver content and functionality. For example, we load Chart.js libraries via the jsDelivr content delivery network and display game images from Steam’s CDN. When these resources are accessed, your browser may transmit limited technical information (such as your IP address and User-Agent string) to those providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party networks, but we limit such use to essential functionality only.
We do not set analytics cookies, marketing cookies, or third-party cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the portal.
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) or “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) signals. Our platform does not currently respond to these signals. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, including disabling cookies, though this may affect site functionality.
Our platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has submitted personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@gamebridge.gg. For EU users, parental consent is required for children under the age of 16, unless the local law sets a lower age of consent (not below 13).
Because gamebridge.gg operates alongside third-party platforms such as Steam and other online game marketplaces, we rely on those platforms to enforce their own age restrictions. If a user meets the age restrictions of the marketplace through which they access our services, they meet the age restrictions of gamebridge.gg.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently processed personal data of a child below the minimum age allowed by applicable law, we will delete such data promptly and implement safeguards to prevent re-collection.
If you are a resident of California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
California residents may exercise their privacy rights (access, deletion, correction, portability, and limitation of use of sensitive information) by contacting us at support@gamebridge.gg.
We provide privacy rights consistent with major privacy laws worldwide, including GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), and the Australia Privacy Act. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We honor these rights regardless of your location.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform, by email (if available), or by other appropriate means before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
